I’ve spent my career leading across engineering, product, and marketing in fast-moving companies and large organizations. I’ve managed complex initiatives, influenced high-stakes decisions, and operated in the same environments my clients are navigating.
I know what it’s like to overthink, over-prepare, and hold yourself to impossible standards.
That approach works—until it doesn’t.
I was coached—and shifted from a perfectionist approach to leading with more clarity, trust, and a willingness to evolve.
I also challenged a long-held belief that I wasn’t creative. Taking an art class showed me something different. Creativity isn’t a talent. It’s a skill.
That combination changed how I lead. Less driven by pressure and proving. More grounded in clarity, trust, and how I show up.
Today, I combine that experience with the LISA® methodology—an approach I wish I had earlier in my career—to help leadership teams build the skills they were never required to develop together: collaboration, tolerance for uncertainty, creative thinking, behavioral empathy, and resilience.
This is measurable, applied work. It shows up in how teams operate and how leaders lead.
I'm an ICF-certified coach (ACC), trained through the Co-Active Training Institute, and certified in innovation coaching through Creating Futures That Work.
